Rikki's December Newsletter

Merry Christmas everyone & it's been a busy month with

a lot of applications, submissions and diary work all in preparation for the coming New Year. More of that later. This month has been extremely busy practicing with the band, radio shows, writing new material and creating new content and VIP access to my website, ready to grow my fans through some amazing live gigs with the list of venues growing.

Let's delve into the exciting news I have for the month of December.

NEW VIP LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP LAUNCH!

Yes I have now a place where, for a one off payment of just £30 (less than £3 a month!) you can become a member for a whole year where you can download for free all my music and

artwork as well as have early access to all new material. Not just new music and art but you'll see me developing my ideas and alternative digital prints that will never make the public domain. There will be a community group so you can meet other VIP members including myself in which you can discuss what you would like and what you would like to see more of etc. There will be early access to ticket sales for concerts & gigs, discount for the merchandise page and more!

ON THE RADIO!

At the start of December I met with Nigel Blair of Belfast 89 FM radio for an interview in which he played his two favourite songs, Procrastination & Big T.O.E from the 'Pebble in the Pond' album. Nigel was a great host and we enjoyed the experience. We had a great chat about my music with Nigel giving me plenty of opportunity to plug my album to be preformed at the Blues on the Barge gig 23rd February 2024. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nigel for hosting me and will hopefully get the chance to chat with him again soon.

LET'S GET TO WORK!

As I prepare for the New Year I hope to promote my album with the band I've put together. I have been lucky enough to find 3 great musicians to join me in delivering my music! In the next newsletter I will reveal the musicians I have gathered but currently we are working hard in the practice rooms , if you can't wait, head on over to the VIP Lounge where you can meet the guys and keep an eye on some practice videos of songs we are currently working on. So far we have 2 confirmed bookings in the diary, firstly the Blues on the Barge 23rd February 2024 where we will be joined with the talented Karl Devlin and superb Chris Chalmers (from The 2:19). Secondly, Bangor Rock and Blues Club 6th April in which we will be bringing you 2 hours of not only the album but more new songs along with plenty of covers you will know and love! . 2 great gigs to look forward to! We are working hard to get more dates secured and are in talks for some exciting projects both Northern Ireland and across the pond in Scotland and England. Stay tuned!
